Gina Farrow and Judith Milton have been representing clients in the Cotswold for over 30 years. They share the same ideals and working closely together complement each other to the benefit of their Clients.
Gina Farrow
Gina is a qualified surveyor and member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and specializes in country property having managed some of the largest Estates for private land owners and public bodies in Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Her wide breadth of experience includes agricultural land management to farm diversification and development projects.
In 1997, Gina joined Butler Sherborn, becoming a Partner of the firm, and ran their Stow on the Wold Office for 10 years gaining a valuable insight into vendor objectives.

Bringing enthusiasm to every search and backed by a wealth of contacts, market knowledge, and professionalism Gina has the skills to recognize and maximizing the potential from property.
Judith Milton
Judith began her career selling country houses before turning to buying on behalf of retained clients in the 1980’s.
As a Director of Lane Fox, she set up the Oxfordshire and Cotswold Buying Department and ran it for 11 years.
She later became a Partner of Knight Frank, again setting up their Cotswold Buying Division.
In 2000, Judith decided that being an independent Buying Agent with no agency conflict would offer clients the very best advice and care, and she set up the Judith Milton Partnership.
Since 2008 she has been working closely with Gina Farrow, and together they bring a wealth of knowledge with more than 30 years buying experience, acting with care and enthusiasm to find clients the very best country house, farms and estates across this beautiful part of England.
Judith is passionate about houses and has a keen interest in antiques and interiors too.
